If you believe a product has impacted your pet’s well-being, contact us immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law (including ACL):

Pawhut is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., vet bills due to misuse, loss of time, etc.).
Our liability is capped at the purchase price of the item involved.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted site access.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

All content on Pawhut’s website—including product designs, images, graphics, logos, and text—is owned by Pawhut or licensed to us.

By posting reviews, images, or pet photos, you grant Pawhut a royalty-free license to share or display them on our website or social media.
