Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

● All orders are processed within 1–3 business days once payment is confirmed.
● Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
● If an item is delayed due to stock availability, courier issues, or other reasons, we will contact you by email with an update or alternative options.


2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We deliver to all states and territories across Australia.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather, holidays, or courier delays.
We’ll always do our best to keep you updated if delays occur.


3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

● Delivery times and rates vary by destination.
● All international customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any local fees charged upon arrival in their country.
● Pawhut is not responsible for customs delays or refusal of items by border authorities.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

● From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for orders over a certain value.
● Any active promotions will be clearly shown on our website.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

✅ A shipping confirmation email
✅ A tracking number
✅ A direct link to track your parcel

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear in the courier’s system.


6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted and reliable delivery carriers, including:

● Australia Post
● Sendle
● Couriers Please
● Fastway / Aramex

After your parcel is handed to the courier, transit times and delays are outside our control.
However, we’re always happy to help you track your parcel and work with the courier to resolve any issues.


7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

● Incorrect or incomplete address
● No-one being available to receive the parcel
● Failure to collect from a local post office or pickup point

The parcel may be returned to us.

Re-delivery or reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.


8. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before you place your order.

● We cannot change or redirect shipping addresses once an order has been dispatched.
● Pawhut is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
